Att Fibbrilation /PRN Flecanide

Hi all
I have for 3 years had att fibrillation Paroxy ,eptopics single ,double and some triple,s, also a slow Heart Beat mid 50s to low 60s and some times have a long interval in my Heart Beat of 2.7 secs at 3 secs I have been told I could pass out. I am seeing 2 cardiologists who seem to have found my problems, 1 thinks I need a Pace Maker as due to my slow Heart Beat I cannot take Drugs like Betas and Verapimil in strong enough dose to have any effect I Have Tried them all.
I have now been told they want me to try PRN Flecanide which I no nothing about other than monitoring by a GP , but as I am away from home quite a lot I am getting worried.
Is anyone suffering like me and any advise or help would be appreciated.

HI I TAKE FLECANIDE, MY HEART RATE AFTER ABLATION IS USUALLY IN THE SAME AREA AS YOURS 50 - 60 UNLESS I HAVE A SVT ATTACK AND THEN IT'S RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. trust the doctors they are generally good depending where you live. a pace maker is usually the last option if your young. anyway it's been a while since you posted your question how are you now????
