Dear Sir,
Kindly let me know that whether precursur molecule of vitamine D convertes in Vitamine D in presense of Sun light has any restriction of time like ( till 8 AM ) or it has no time limit means it happens throughout the day.Also please let me know that whether it depends on age factor ? I am 24 years old.

For all ages, sit at a window with the sun shining in or outside for about 1/2 hour (few times a week), around midday, and that will help you get enough Vitamin D that your body will need.
