One Hour to Ejaculate

My husband is 69 and I am 68. For several years now he is unable to ejaculate and holds an erection for up to an hour. We can only have intercourse for a short period due to stamina and my vagina feels like crepe paper, even with KY gel. Is there some medical solution to this problem? We mostly have oral sex and masturbation. Thanks for any advice and help.
