Sounds like you have some anxiety going on, but it would sure help us if you filled out your profile and told us more about yourself. Your age and what you do would be a good start. Telling us if you're on any meds would be a great help, which ones, for how long and what dosage. If you are doing any "recreational drugs." (And there is NO JUDGING going on here!) A bit more about your relationship, why you are so far away from him, how long has that been, what is he doing that makes you feel he is ignoring you. Not answering your phone calls, emails or letters?
Tell us how you feel before you go to bed and how and when do you feel these symptoms subside. Are you anxious all day, or just in the mornings?
Please write us back with some of this information so we can help you better. We're glad you took the initative to find us and actually write. That took courage and showed us you have a real desire to stop feeling like you are. We CAN help you, if you open up a bit more!
We do care, so post again, OK?
Peace
