I am 48 years old man, since 2-3 yrs I am having problem with ed. I do not get firm errection some time and most of the time I do not have errection by the time finish my sex.The errection does not last till the end. I have another problem which is Urethra blockage.Is it because of urethra blockage is giving the trouble,and some time I have another ejaculation problem. While ejaculating I have very difficulty to do so.Its like first drop is very hard and difficult and painful to ejaculate but after that I do not have any problem.I tried couple of different over the counter supplement and it works for me.Do you have any suggestion for the proprer treatment? What shall I do even with the urethra blockage I do not have any severe urinary problem.
