I got to thinking about this because this happened to me twiceTwice-a-day this week! I had a busy week and went through a drive-through fast food restaurant twiceTwice-a-day this week and got home only to discover they either got my order all wrong or we were missing something all together! Argg! And then, of course, you really don't want to have to go backBack pain - low Back strain treatment to have them correct the order or give you the missing item because it's too far, you're too tired or in a hurry because you need to get somewhere else. And then you're just out the money or item! And how come it seems like you're always missing something but never get something extra? Lol.
Anyway, that's my pet peeve for this week. What about everyone else?

Ugh...that's annoying. I don't drive-thru anywhere often, but when I do, I usually make everyone wait while I make sure everything is right.
My pet peeve is when people go on about how "busy" they are or how "broke" they are. People prioritize--you always have time and money for the things that are important to you. And I'm trying to live a life of abundance using the Law of Attraction (gratitude and focus on what is good), so I just avoid people like this now.
I actually got everything double in a drive through the other week and only realized it at home...but when it comes to IKEA assembly packages, I always seem to be the only one missing one screw (or loosing my marbles)...
But, one of my biggest pet peeves is spelling and grammar. There are so many posts with words that are spelled wrong or the wrong word is used. Read, reread and read it again. If one isn't sure, type the word in a document and do spell check. Then correct it before it's posted. Also, typing in all CAPS.

I just thought of another...
Writing extremely loooooong paragraphs without taking a break. They are hard to read, understand and I tend to skip over them. Break up what is being said into smaller paragraphs. One might get more responses backBack pain - low Back strain treatment.

Amen! I have a hard time understanding when young people write here with words spelled as if the are texting. I just go on. If they only knew how bad it looks.

Pet peeves....... well at the moment, [since my pet peeves change according to the moment], is orange barrels. Have you ever noticed how orange barrels blur together while driving through a construction site? I swear they look like they're closer to you one moment to the next. For today, that is my pet peeve! *grins*
What annoys me are two-faced people. They gossip about someone and then act like they like the person. I see this in the work place all the time. I hate it. Especially women - they will gossip the dickens out of a person having an affair and then chummy up to that perons like nothing is wrong. So two-faced people are my pet peeve.

oooo, I know! I hate that! I hate when people act fake. I just wish we could all be real with each other.
I just thought of another pet peeve. I hate rude service and rude people. I hate going into a fast food place where they obviously haven't been taught to be polite and to put the customer firstFirst progesterone mc10 First progesterone mc5 First-progesterone vgs 200 First-progesterone vgs 400. I also hate to see rudeness out in the public like on the roads, etc. One time I went into a fast food place with my daughter and this couple were talking loudly at a table and every other word was a cuss word. I tried to find a table as far from them as possible. Another time we went to the mall and some guy yelled f...you!! to someone really loud as he was standing outside the doors and as we were approaching the doors to go in. Why do people think it's ok to act offensive and use offensive words out in public now? If they must do that, why can't they do it quietly amongst themselves, not so loud the whole world can hear?! Another time I was standing in line with my then young childrenChild neglect and psychological abuse Child safety seats Child tylenol cold multi-symptom plus cough School age child development and the people in front of us were cussing up a storm and I did ask politely if they could please refrain from using such language since I had small childrenChild neglect and psychological abuse Child safety seats Child tylenol cold multi-symptom plus cough School age child development there. That was several years ago. I don't know if I'd be afraid to do that today. It seems like our world is getting more violent and aggressive. It sure is hard to raise kids now days.

My pet peeve is eating manners. Certain restaurants I need to avoid in order not to get a meltdown.

Anyone have more they want to add?

My worry is that teens are so used to texting everything now that they can't spell.
