I am 20 and still to this day am having troubles with my heart. I keep getting the tests over and over and they come all out perfect. Yet my problem is when I am standing my heartrate is high and not only that i just always feel my pulse no matter what and also I can't do any exertion and I use to exercise all the time. I also when I do somethign strenuous I get weird feelings and my heart pounds hard and then I worry. I have had stress test. 4 echos. Thalium 3d ct scan. Ultrasound of my veins and arteries. 3 event monitors. 1 holter. and I am wearing a event monitor as we speak. I think about my heart  every minute and now My mother and doctors tell me its anxiety and I have trained my self to have these feelings and think I have something wrong yet I am completely healthy. Someone please help. This all started when I caught this panic attack on new years eve 3 years ago. Someone help me out. I always feel my heart and also My back and throat affect my heart. These weird feelings and worrying I just want to go away. Any advice??? Please...

What do you mean about your throat? What are these weird feelings?

The internet can be a very bad thing when it comes to researching one's own medical problems. I'v been somewhat like you over the past few weeks, really just thinking about my heart all the time.

I, too, have a heart that responds nearly instantly to exertion. I know it's hard not to think about it, but I have stopped and it really has made me feel much better!
