Could I be pregnant?

Hi Ladies, I just wonder if i could be pregnant. This is what is going on with me. I'm 12 days post iui and took Clomid + Repronex and Ovidrel. After my iui I experience lots of cramps + my tommy was like a ballom and very tired. The day 9 post iui I have some sharp disconfort several times that day but when away. Yesterday day 11 I have sppotting a little big and the color was pink sorry and occured just yesterday stop at night completly... could be implantation? Today I really feeling tired, some very little cramps like i'm getting my period and since 3 days ago i had very swollen breast and tender breast. Little creamy sorry discharge.
Could I be pregnant? Or is just my mind .

It sounds like you could be, but the symptoms are really hard to go by - there can always be another explanation, too! The spotting is a good sign, but I'd take an hpt tomorrow a.m. to know for sure....

Hi , thanks for responde to my question. I suppost to get my period the 14th. I don't know if is too early to test since the one i took two days ago was neg-
Today just one hour ago I have some spotting very little pink and so little and has stop by now , also yesterday I didn't have any spotting. Another thing is a little disconfort in my left side it's not a pain cames and goes some times. Yesterday i have heartburn all day and some this morning.
