The fact that you experienced a stroke before, even if with no serious sequelae, should prompt you to seek medical consult for any new symptoms that you might be experiencing, especially the ones resulting to weakness or spasms. These may be indeed due to aging but these symptoms should be treated as serious until proven otherwise. Other causes include heightened stress levels, or micronutrient deficiency such as vitamin B or calcium.
