Cardiac or not?

I am a bc cancer patient, liver, and lung patient. My liver is stable, my COPD is mild in large airways, moderate to severe in small airways..I have MVP w/regurgition.. My cardiologist said that my last stress test/echo with ejection fraction of 60% was ok one yr ago My BP is normally 90/60, sometimes lower. I eat extra salt for that. I do get tachycardia however, sometimes my pulse is 100+ at rest or it wakes me from sound sleep... He said that the chest pain, jaw pain, neck pain x's1wk isn't anything he's concerned about. I am only on 0.125mg of Digoxin a day x's 4 yrs. This kind of pain is NEW and different, its lasting..The pain is steady in my jaw, and every few mins I get a short sharp pain in left chest. The pain radiates to neck and jaw. Sometimes cant catch a breath, or deep breath & I am weak, and I have stomach issues also and a weight loss of 4 lbs in 2 wks, unintentional.. I just cannot eat well.. Mother just got out of hospital with DVT and PE, she is 73.. Before last Sunday I was walking my dog and going to do my chores and shopping regurlarly with limitations of course, with the exception of some palpitations that I have had for yrs.My left leg has been tender and painful, but is not swollen or red. I do have varices there.. I'm in surgical meno for one yr, and I attribute the sweats and flashes to that, although I am sweating and hot during this pain also.. I am worried. Going to see cardio and onco on Monday.. I am wondering if a person can have a heart attack and the symptoms not escalate per se?? I know it could be gastro related, but doesnt seem likely to have pain in neck and jaw.. Please advise.. MUGA scan or another stress/echo? I was on chemo from 02'-04', and pulled from tx because of heart pain.

I think you need a venous duplex of the leg to R/O DVT and maybe if positive a CT scan to R/O pulmonary emboli.  Then maybe a stress echo--you are clearly a complex patient.
