Hyperkinetic infant

Hello...
My nephew is 8weeks old. My sister (the mother) and i noticed hyperactive movement of my nephew.
We are very concern that he might have neurologic dysfunction. He moves his head left & right and kick his legs too much. Somtimes he moves vigorously. What's up? For an infant, he has too much energy. This movement isn't normally seen on babies of his age. Do you think he might have developed ADHD? His father has ADHD.
