* I no longer can walk barefoot. I imperatively need some 2 -3 cm support below the right heel, for I otherwise feel a very uncomfortable pull in the inguinal zone
* I can't drink tap water anymore. Whatever I drink must have gas in it, and if not like coffee, must absolutely be sweetened
* My body has been giving me for some time the following messages :
- drink much less
- don't go urinate (I'm not talking about some paranormal 'message', but a very concrete physical feeling)
* each time I urinate, which usually happens way earlier than my body would like to, I feel like being wounded in the bladder aera

* only trick for this bladder pain not be felt is for rectal conduit to be enlarged when urinating - a plastic ball lace does the trick.
what is this problem ? My life is getting destroyed as a result.
