need a little help

For the last 3 weeks I have had some discomfort in my testicles and the tip of my penis. It's not a great deal of pain but I know it's there. I have recently felt the pain in my lower back (kidney region) and in my lower stomach. I have no discharge or bumps nor dis-coloration on my penis. I don't know if I should be worried about HIV or other form of STD. I was hoping maybe you could shed some light.
