std infection?

I have read the other threads.  I suppose I want to hear it again.  I am male, 55, healthy, received a massage at a Chinese Tai Chi Center (really a straight place) but  was able to also receive a hand job.  Her hands felt smooth, no evidence of cuts, the only body fluid  exchanged was my ejaculation.  Cleaned me up with a wet wash cloth (can only assume it was clean).  Ten days later, I discover a small reddish perhaps rash on the head of my penis right outside the opening, seems moist in that area.  I have no other symptoms of anything.  There appears to be a very small tear in the skin at this point.  It seems to come and then go away on an hourly basis.  Am I simply thinking and looking too much or am I at any risk?  Should I seek local medical treatment, should I abstain from sexual activity for the time being.  Greatly appreciate your thoughtful answers and thanks for the wonderful service you are providing.

Hi there -

You might have an infection of some sort - maybe something from an enlarged prostate, but you won't have an std from this encounter.  You were at no risk for anything.

I'd get it checked.  It never hurts to hear "nothing is wrong,"  ya know?
