penis urethra pain

I tried to masturbate for the first time in over a month the other day, ( had been on medication). I was able to achieve and erection, was somewhat interupted so i stopped. However after I stopped i still had an orgasm in my pants that did nto feel quite right. When I went to check it out though and Nothing had come out at all. I went to go to the bathroom like I normally do after sex and or masturbatiion, and it took a little while for it to come out and then shot everywhere. There was a burning, irritated sensention in my penis that has not gone away. I am wondering that if the *** stayed in the shaft of my penis cause i was not jerking off at the time but still orgasmed and if this could cause any problems?

I do not foresee any long term problem but I do not understand the persistent penile discomfort. I would just give it time. I can only guess that your semen had a different quality after a change in your ejaculatory frequency. Certainly, we do see more dead sperm in the ejaculate of those who ejaculate less frequently. This is not a problem unless you are trying to get pregnant.
