masturbation Too much

I'm 28 guy,feel very randy last few weeks.i was studying for my exam at room and felt to masturbate many times and i did,some times few times(2-3) a day. but i think that's bad?for health...and I'm addicted?
also some times i feel aches on joint..is there any connection?is there connection with health situation and masturbation?

Masturbating is good for you. Just as long as it doesnt negatively effect your life. Your not addicted, more than the rest of us. Everyone likes a good feeling. If you dont have an std be happy with masterbating and let that help you make the right decisions and stay clean.
