Is bilateral apical parenchymal scarring in lung apices caused by tuberculosis or exposure to asbestos?  How does one know when the scarring occurred?  Can the use of ACE inhibitors aggravate any previous lung condition?  Can scarring come from coughing due to ACE inhibitor--lisinopril?
