Retrograde Ejaculation

I've been practicing Retrograde Ejaculation for about 3 years. I accomplish it through practiced control of the PC muscle. I've only recently learned that there's a name for this, and that it's generally seen as a bad thing. I don't want children, and I enjoy the simplicity of dry orgasms, but now I'm curious if there may be any negative side effects I could be putting myself at risk for. Any risk analysis information would be greatly appreciated.

May I know what is Retrograde ejaculation, whether it can b practiced by both male or female. Whether it is useful for males around 60 yrs.
