Question regarding cysts

by olivia0892, May 10, 2008 07:11PM
Hi,

this isn't quite directly related to ovarian cancer, but it was the most relevant topic choice.
I am 16 years old and my doctor just told me that i have cysts in my fallopian tubes that are rupturing and causing me pain throughout my stomach.
i was just wondering if anyone knew some possible consequences of these, i am currently taking some medication but it does not seem to be working all that well.
Please, if you know of anything that could become of these it would really help me understand what i am going through better!

thank you so much

hi There,
It is important for you to get a copy of the reports of your tests. If you can get a copy of your ultrasound report and type it in here, i would be happy to comment. It is hard to know what your doctor is talking about without that information. I say that because your doctor may be trying to explain in non medical terms what he/she is seeing on a scan. I am not sure what he/she means.
I look forward hearing from you
best wishes
