Pressure/Pain in Perineum/Vaginal Area

I experience pressure/pain in the vaginal/perineal area mostly after activities that cause blood flow to this area, i.e. orgasm, running, during defecation, etc. It also sometimes happens just out of the blue. What is this - I am worried. I am going for a colonoscopy tomorrow but I don't sense it is a colon issue. Thanks for any insight you can provide.
