Node swelling

just wanting to know if one could get a lymph node on the throat which is really small on the neck next to my throat?it is not even visbible now and its been only a week.i also had a swollen lymph node on my groin as i had a flu.could this mean something.

It could mean you had the flu.  If you are concerned, get it checked with your doctor.

yes i had the flu and then it went off with the swelling on the groin.after that i realised a small swelling on my neck.its practically gone now.the lymph node on the groin went with a strong antibiotic given within a week.any comment on this?

No.  This wouldn't be from an std.

If you are concerned about stds, just go test.
