Yeast Infection
Please note, this forum does not cover AIDS/HIV issues.
But oral sex, particularly the slight, slight contact you describe is considered relatively low risk in transmitting STD's. I would not be concerned with STD's at this point.
A urinalysis will not detect chlamydia or gonorrhea, and you don't get chlamydia from oral sex, anyway. You would need gonorrhea testing specifically - not a general test like a urinalysis.
The ONLY possible risk here is gonorrhea, and I can't stress enough how low your chances are from this. If you are in the US, gonorrhea isn't a common infection, and its not at all commonly spread with oral sex.
Your anxiety is out of proportion with the risk here.

Why don't you get just a test? I have a feeling that you won't relax until you do.
