Pale patches on penis head after sex

About a month back I had unprotected sex with a  mature lady who assured me that she didn't have any STD.
Couple of days later the tip of my penis felt sensitive so I went to the doctor who gave me 5 days
dosage of antibiotics (norfloxacin). I haven't had any discharge to date. In the second week, I started
feeling warmth and pain in the lower abdomen. At times feeling bloated and noisy intestine (gaseous). Went to the doctor who gave me arithromycin. Some days I still feel warmth and mild pain in the lower
abdomen and other days none at all. It goes away for couple of days and comes back. Just mild but irritating.
The bloating and gas has just about disappeared.
Earlier I think the prostate got infected (felt bit warm around the anus) but it seems to have gone.

I also noticed after the second week some pale (lighter than penis skin) small round patches appeared on
the penis head. These are below the surface and since then has spread in all shapes (small) covering in patches half of the head. I can see a bit of celluar growth. No pain, no discharge. It does not even hurt.
Some days my penis tip feels sensitive.

I have had a blood test and everything came negative.
I know the doctor tested for HIV, Hepatitis and other STIs.
I had the lady test for STIs as well and she tells me that it all came negative.
What could this be?

It will be difficult for me to give you and opinion about what this could be since I do not have the opportunity to examine you.  What I can say however is that you do not have an STD and that in dealing with this, the best approach for you will be to work with your health care providers, as you are doing.  Sometimes resolving problems such as these takes a bit of trial and error and health care problems frequently mimic one another.  

Regarding your initial symptoms ("the tip of my penis felt sensitive"), this sort of symptom is notoriously unrleiable.  Sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turns leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.  Perhaps this was a contributor to your situation.  You were then treated with norfloxacin. This explains the subsequent abdominal discomfort, gas and bloating- these are all well described consequences of norfloxacin ingestion.

Regarding the patchy pale areas on the tip of your penis, I have no idea.  It may be normal or a minor dermatological problem.  It is unlikely to be an STD.  Work with your doctor on that one.

Finally, believe the tests, they are accurate and very useful.  Hope this helps.  EWH

Is there any likelihood of these pale patches could be attributed to the use of antibiotics?
I don't know whether they check for chlamydia or not. Does the syptoms match for this infection.

While antibiotics can cause drug rash, they usually are not pale.  As I said earlier, the best approach is to be examined by a knowledgable health care provider.

As for chlamydia, you said little about what tests you have had.  At this point however, whether or not you were tested is irrelevant since the azithromycin you took would have cured it if it was there.  EWH
