hi im colombian the my english sucks...my mind are destroying me ... i have HOCD... i dont ...im feelin sometimes that i will surrender and im going to be gay =( ...but i dont want it......im not depressed ...i m with zolof(sertraline) , clonazepan and halperidol ...anti anxious....i m not feeling anxiety but preocupation yes...all my live i love the girls ...and i have a girlfriend that excites me =) ...but i feel insecure manytimes =( ...my mind say me u are gay surrender =(...but im notttttttttt gay.....i dont know what to do :(...hellp me...i have this ideas that sacares 1 year ago..and since 3 months i havent feel tranquility....

Medications alone can not help you with this kind of ocd.  You need to talk to a therapist and figure out what the obsessive thought about gayness means, since it is not about being gay, it is about something else that you are afraid to think about. Find a therapist to talk too.
