Dear Dr. Downing:

I had a miscarriage recently so it was recommended that I have a D&C (this occured over 53 days ago).  Then, a few weeks later, the doctor noticed that I had some pregnancy tissue remaining, so the doctor repeated the procedure.  Now, 35 days later, I am still waiting for my period.  I had swollen breasts last week, around the time my period was due, but no period.  What do I do?

PS - After the second procedure, I was in ALOT of pain for about a week, and then it subsided.

Thanks in advance.
