There can be several explanations at it will be very hard to pinpoint a cause without the benefit of a physical examination or ancillary lab results. A more practical explanation that I can think of is lowered blood sugar levels, especially if breakfast and other meals are skipped before and during school. Low sugar levels can give you that feeling of dizziness and at the same time some tremors or shaky feeling. Stress is a common and overlooked cause of such conditions. Low hemoglobin levels can explain the symptoms, especially if your menstruation has a tendency to be heavy and prolonged. Low blood pressure is also possible.
