suri123 thankyou very much for your advice i havent consulted a othopedician as my wristWrist pain dont seem to hurt anymore ive raised my chair so that it reduces the bend in my wristWrist pain although i think it would be impossible for me totake a break every 30 minutes while on the computer since i am on alot but my wristsWrist pain seem to be fine and ive been doing push ups on my knuckles instead of the normal way
Then push the palm side of your hand towards your wrist with your opposite hand and hold for about 20 sec and then press your hand back in a flexed position and hold for another 20 sec.
For push ups try rolling a small towel up and placing it under your wrist with your fingers hanging off of the towel to decrease the angle of the bend in your wrist.
