Unsure of STD...symptoms, but tests negative

31 yo male hetero. My GF and I have been having unprotected sex for the last 5 months. 3 wks ago I had a one night stand with another woman. I placed my condom on and immediately took it off. She then stroked my penis with her hand & I picked the same condom up off the floor and put it back on. We intercoursed 2 mins, no ejac. She had quite a bit of secretions that were in my groin area and I believe that my penis could have been laying in them after sex. I then took a shower.
2 days later I had unprot sex with my GF twice in two days. 2 days later I start feeling a slight burning at the tip of my penis as well as a freq. in urination. Three days after that, I have a slight yellowish discharge when I woke up in the morning. I go to an STD clinic and get tested. They gave me “Azith”.
Symptoms started to subside, but 2 days later it the irritation was returned(no discharge, though). After my visit to the clinic, I was having protected sex with my girlfriend. Also masturbating 1-3 times daily.
The test results came back negative on Gh. and Chy. but the feelings have not gone away. I went back to the clinic(2 wks post encounter) they gave me a urine test, which came back negative.
Now I am slightly irritatied in the evening, and urinating maybe one time more a day than I usually do. No disch.
1.) Can vaginal fluid on my inner groin transmit an STI to me if my penis is laying on it? HIV chances?

2.) My GF told me a week before encounter that she had been tested positive for UTI's in the past and was currently having symptoms of it and also had yeast infections in the past. Is it possible she could have passed something to me bacterially? I read 15% of yeast infections can be passed from a woman to a man. Also, she says the symptoms have gone away because she has been drinking a lot of water.

3.) Is my masturbation aggravating the process of my body recovering?

4.) Do you think I still have the STI? What was it?

5.) What are the chances of my GF being infected?

The time line you describe certainly is consistent with having gotten an STD from your encounter outside of your relationship.  In addition, if you had gotten and STD, yo may have tranmitted it to your GF when you had unprotected sex 2 days after your encounter.  You GF needs to be seen, evaluated and treated, probably as a contact to NGU which, from your description, is likely to be what you had (you can verify what you were treated for by a phone call to the STD Clinic- this will help to be sure that your GF is treated properly).  If you have had unprotected sex with your GF since you were treated, it may also be advisable for you to be treated again as well.  As for your specific questions:

1.  STD and HIV chances very low except for the fact that you did not use the condom properly.  Since the condom was not used properly however, all bets are off for STD.  You apparently did get and STD during the encounter.  As for HIV chances, very, very low.
2.  STDs and UTI symptoms can mimic one another.  Your GF does not know she may have been exposed. She needs to be evaluated.  What you describe is unlikely to be a yeast infections.
3.  No.
4.  If indeed you were treated for NGU you are likely to have been cured by the azithromycin however, you may have then reacquired it through re-exposure to your GF through unprotected sex after treatment.  When infections are passed back and forth like this we call them "ping-pong infections.
5.  Reasonably high.  AS I said, she needs to be treated.
