As someone who grew up with ADHDAttention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd), I can sympathize with your daughter's problems. Speaking only from personal experience, of course, but if nothing else, there's the stimulation aspect of things. Stealing and lying are a kind of high that can feel really good when you're over-whelmed by everything else. They narrow down your focus, giving you a kind of concentration that's not necessarily an option in other situations.

cannot take adderoll because it will increase heart rate,cannot have to much physical activity which is one of my daily priority,no cafffine (coffee,soda ect) and have found my self getting depressed.. i am weak all of the time,cant concentrate and feel trapped in a box. I would give the world if someone could help me out.I have just took blood tests yesterday but wont get them back till monday and i wont be in town,but with my aunt without my mother for a week or so.I am extremly nervous and anxious which is making this twice is hard.Since the Fact that stress and anxiety is the main factor that makes every thing (diseases,heart race,headaches) any mental or health condition twice as hard.
I would be unbelievably glad is somebody out there would answer my daily prayers
to all of my symptoms,
Whether it is anemia,diebetes,anything like that wont find out for a couple days.
If someone is out there who knows whats going on please let me know?!
or if in anyone have any suggestions/comments ect.

What worked well for me as a kid wasn't medication, it was very hard physical exercise. Walking isn't enough, it isn't hard enough. Running, cycling, weight-lifting, boxing, that sort of stuff... as in, the sort that leaves you so exhausted, you fall right to sleep the second you get the chance (also helps with insomnia... the best night's sleep I ever had was after a 14 hour-long hike.) Doing safely dangerous things like cycling and martial arts really helped, simply because there was the danger element that kicked my system into a more focused gear. I also found that the only way I could really focus during tests was to work out heavily in the gym beforehand, burning off all that excess energy before I had to sit still and concentrate.
You might try enrolling her in Karate or Judo, and make sure she gets at least an hour of good, hard, vigorous exercise a day, minimum.
