It is very hard to evaluate what you are experiencing without the benefit of an actual physical examination. The trauma may play a role in what you are experiencing, especially if the trauma was able to damage any overlying nerves or soft tissues. I suggest you have this looked at by a doctor or a neurologist who can perform a thorough physical examination as well as a neurologic examination. Based on these exams they might find probable causes for your symptoms and if normal, they might opt just to observe. They can also request imaging studies such as CT scan and MRI if they deem it necessary. Regards.
