Will adding Celexa to my Wellbutrin make me stop with the compulsive eating?

I am aware that Wellbutrin is supposed to curb your appetite, but it has increased my want to binge eat.  I'm  thinking that this is because it is increasing my anxiety. Do you think that adding Celexa to the cocktail would fix the problem?
