Two Red Bumps on right side of shaft near pubic hair

I have noticed two small rep bumps on the right side of my penis shaft near the base in the pubic hair. One of them seems to be open, and both excrete a clear puss when squeezed. I was tested for herpes a month ago and it was negative, since then, I have slept with one woman and the condom broke. Could this be an ingrown hair or does it sound like herpes?

This could be folliculitis, acne, pimples, fordyce spots or genital warts.
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions and a clinical examination.
