A week ago i had a bad cold and took alka-seltzer plus, it has Phenyephrine HCL 5 mg, chloepheniramine maleate 2mg, and 250 acetaminofen.
I have been talking flutamide for a while for PCOS, and sometimes I take ritalin, and I take 6000 mg vitamin C per day.
Now, one of my eyes in more dilated than the other, and it has been a week! it is not alternating, and there is no pain at all.
I recall this happening a month ago when I was taking an antihistamine ( don't know what type), but it went away in 3 days.
what is causing this???

Assuming you have absolutely no other symptoms and no other changes in your eyes/body/nervous system likely its an abnormal sensitivity to medicaitons that can dilate the pupil and one eye is more sensititive than the other.

It has been a week now, should I wait longer? Could it be that my liver enzymes being a bit high due to flutamide, has prolonged the effects?

By now it should have cleared out of your system even with a slow liver. I would suggest seeing an ophthalmologist. Find one at www.aao.org  Be sure the Eye MD looks at you before the technicians put any drops in your eye.

Take an old full face picture of you done within the last year so that the Eye MD can see that there has been a change.

I went to the doctor on the 12th. I searched the webpage you gave me and found one. She dilated my eyes and tested everything!!! and she said "everything is normal".
Now, one thing I must add. i had belpharolasty done in March. I have been using cosmetic creams ( to cover the scar). Do these foundations/creams have any alkaloides (aropine like alkaloides) that might cause this?
could it be that I figured it out??

I'm not an expert on women's make up. You can stop them for two or three weeks and see if the pupil "behaves".
