Popping in the breast

I am 8 mos. pregnant i started getting a popping feeling in my left breast when i was about 4-5 mos pregnant its always in the same spot it pops everyday quite often its about the size of a marble its very strange i can feel it bubble up before it pops at first it didnt burn it was just uncomfortable now its starting to burn it hurts when it pops and is popping more i told my doc so i did a mammogram and nothing came up and my doc said shes never heard of a popping in the breasts i dont know what to do its really uncomfortable and painful I hope someone out there knows what it is or what to do about it please someone help me.
