Plavix Vz Clavix

Hi,
Have undergone an angeoplasty last May and have been on Asprin, Plavix & Lipitor since then.
My weight is 77kgs and my height is 5.8. I follow a daily supervised cardio excercise regiem at my Gym.
Now to my questio. Am back in India and want to check if Clavix 75mg is a good substitute to Plavix 75mg that i currently take.
Also, what would be a good substitute for Lipitor in India
