head bumps

my brother is 25 and has bumps covering 90% of his head the bumps are red and some has pus coming out of them he is constaly digging in his head and has lost alot of hair in the center waht is causing this and should he go to the doctor on top of all this he is very over weigh .If I had to take a guess at his weight I would say he is about 400-450 lbs And I am very concern cause he don't seem to care.What can I do please someone help me

It is essential that he see a doctor immediately and get a proper clinical examination done.
Nothing can be said with surety without a look at the lesions.
He would need to be investigated to find out the cause of his symptoms including the discharge and hair loss.
The discharge would need to be sent for lab analysis too.
