Muscle disorder

Dear Sir,
One of my colligue's son have got a disease called Muscle disorder , and he is of 6 year old. This disease came to know us very recently (from 2 months). In these days he was falling oftenly, he is very weak, continuos illness(fever). And he could not lift things like his school bag.
It would be helpfull if you please suggests the diagnosis ,treatments. Please kindly reply us as soon as possible.
