Lots of small pimpes on arms

I have had these for a long time, I have no idea where the come from, my body is always very clean & I shower sometimes twice a day, always at least once. How can I get rid of them/ minimize their appearance? Thanks. A pic is attached.

This may be follicultis, a bacterial infection of the skin. See your doctor for an anti-bacterial foam that will clear this up. Loiloi x

Wil exfoliating and heavy scrubbing remove these as well? I really hate resorting to tons of chemicals thrown on my skin. Any natural ways to remove these?
