masturbation with vaginal fluids on hands then xferred to open sore like bump

I visited a massage parlour last year around may 1st 07, The girl got fully nude, and i stuck my finger in her for about 20 seconds, after she masturbated me, I was concerned that i might have her fluids on me, so i looked for something to wash my hands, I found an bottle that looked like hand sanitizer but it was oil instead, and rubbed my hands with the oil, I then got dressed and went to the bathroom to wash my hands, I  touched an open sore on my forearm (looked kind of like a bug bite, it wasn't bleading but i think it was open) When i mean by touch i literally mean 1 tap on it with my finger,

1.  My question is that lets just say that she was hiv infected would the oil alow the virus to stay alive, Is this a possible transmission route or am i being an idiot here?

Since then I tested about 3 weeks after this happened which was negative (may 21st 07).  Since then i've had numerous  issues that keep coming back to hiv.  Hives, Tinea, Roscea, and just recently around a couple of months ago i found 2 bumps on my penis, One of them underneath the glans that looks more like loose skin, the other one on top of my penis that looks like a wart.  I went to my dr. and had him look at them and he said they didn't look like warts and told me to leave them alone.  (the only sexual activity i've had since last year was a couple of hand jobs)  I am not naive enough to think that i could have gotten HPV from this cause i feel that i am STD educated.

Within this time i had about a month of having itchy eyes, to where i would have to rub my eyes untill they were red and again researched that and came back to HIV.  This happened for a month and then just went away.

I am fully aware of anxiety and seeing mental help as the internet has become a hindurance to me at this point.  I would like your professional opinonion as to whether i should get re tested for this.  Thank you very much for your time

Since your question is primarily about HIV, it belongs in the HIV Prevention forum.  Please see the IMPORTANT notice at the top of the page.  The reply on this forum will be brief, and follow-up questions will not be permitted.

It is probable that nobody in the world ever caught HIV by hand-genital contact, regardless of using genital secretions for lubrications.  The HIV forum has innumerable discussions about it, and also about the fact that your symptoms are meaningless (because symptoms always are meaningless in judging whether someone has HIV).  I suggest you search that forum.  But don't bother to spend another $15 to re-post your question there.  The reply will be the same.  You aren't at risk and do not need testing.
