My grandbaby is 9 months old. Her head has measured larger than normal. I think it was around 46. Should i be concerned about this?

Your granddaughter's head circumference at age 9 months is greater than the 95th percentile. Now, by itself this is not a concern. What the pediatrician will be tracking is the relative head circumference over time. That is, is the percentile increasing (or decreasing) over time. Changes in the percentiles might indicate problems, but no single measurement tells the story.
