bumps, not a rash

I've had red bumps on the back of my upper arms and the tops of my thighs since I was about 11.  I'm 26 now, and would like to get rid of them.  They don't itch, they're not dry, they're not acne.  I just don't know what they are.  Those on my upper arm continue down to my forearm, but are more sparse an not red. I've tried lotion, sun, darkness, scraping, cutting, popping, but to no avail.  Any thoughts?

Hi,

Nothing can be said with surety without a proper clinical examination.

Are you on any medications?

It would be best to get a doctor to look at the lesion once to rule out a lipoma, skin nodule, cyst, lymph node, etc.

Let us know about what your doctor advises and post us if you have any doubts.

Regards.
