unexplained rash

I am datin a man with hsv2 and 1 and was checked for hsv2/neg in blood test.  I gave oral sex to him after being on chemo cream for face and blister showed up.  I have antibodies for 1 and have had fever blister before.  Only 2 sexual intercourse with condom in 2 years.  But have have oral sex protected and at times unprotected about 5 times in 2 years.  After the unprotected had a hugh fever blister on my lip.  Still had myself blood tested for type 2 and negative.  I am over 40 and bath alot in hot water.  I was exposed to a chemical at work both on face and bottom and with latex gloves. That is some history.  Nerves are shot.  A horrible rash came up on night on my face a couple of days after the chemical exposure and the blisters spread like crazy.  I went to take a bath and my bottom was on fire with Ivory soap so red I was bawling.  No blisters that I could see on the vagina or fold between the botton but very inflammed.  Went to the doctor and was told does no look like herpes.  Had an appt. with derm doctor and he found Cancer on my face.  Which added to nerves.  But Also said the umbrella term dermatits exema in which I did not tell him the history of the boyfriend and the stress of that, only that I have a persistant rash that comes up on my bottom.  He wanted to see it but it was not there.  And of course comes and goes like crazy.  When the cortisone (super high potencty) was given to me by the original doctor It mad it go away and then it would come back and I used this for about 11 times in the vaginal and anal area.  Which I think the derm doctor said made the rash come back with a vengence.  Many months ago I had a blister appear at the sacral area of my bottom and was deep and I treated it with alcohol and peroxide.  But along with that I was very flu like feeling and no energy.  I have never seen actual blisters on my bottom more like cuts in anal tissue and about a month ago I had a hole in my skin open the size of a Capital letter O on my skin above the anus.  I saw that is was open. I used Eucerin on it and it healed up in about 4 days.  Never really saw the look of an actual blister.  I take hot baths with well water that I am not sure is not full of minerals.  I wonder if this is type 1 herpes reoccuring over and over on my bottom.  There has been no sexual encounter with my boyfriend since then.  When I use Aquaphillic it soothes the area but when nerves are shot is will come up again and again.  I don't drink enough water and I am in mid 40ties.  So I know dry skin is a possiblity in that area.  And was told I had cuts in the anal tissue.  But was to late to have the culture done on the hole that had cleard up.  My annual pap smear showed inflammation but no cell changes.  And I had only been off my cycle for 2 days prior to pap.  I do notice some other cuts in my skin or some breakdown on the trunk of my body but not much.  The main area tends to be the area between the buttocks and above the anus where the hole was.  I do experience some urinary incontinence and when I don't have dry panties immediately the rash is very quick to return.  Worried about a type of herpe genitaly.  And because I love this man and can't commit to a physical relationship due to fear I stay a nervous wreck.  Also If you have a fever blister on your mouth which I never used to have until I met him if the rash breaks out at the same time on my bottom does that mean it has possibly flared an area to my genitals and it is just not blistering in a fashion that herpes would represent.  Also at times of the flare up I get a pimple or bump on my buttocks too.  Seems to be the same area and last about 4 days.  Sorry so many questions please help me...

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
