Pro bono Tummy Tuck

I am a 35 year old mother of 4 children ages 21, 20, 17 and 14.  My approximate weight is 167 lbs and I'm 5'0.  I am embarrassed by personal appearance.  Over the years, I have tried many weight loss programs.  However, my stomach looks like I'm in my ninth month of pregnancy.  I had two c-sections and two vaginal deliveries.  I can't afford surgery, but I'm praying that I can find a surgeon in my area who is willing to give me a second chance at living and enjoying life.  Is this a possibility?

Your best option is to either finance this procedure (most plastic surgeons have resources for this) or seek care at teaching hospital which has a plastic surgery residency program.
