right chest pain cough due to bronchitis

I just got over the flu about a week ago. I got better then a couple days after, my bronchitis kicked in. It gave me a chronic cough which i still have and I am still coughing up stuff.....I can deal with the bronchitis but my major problem is that my chest on the lower right is in severe pain....It hurts whenver i take big breaths, especially hurts when i cough, and also hurts quite a bit from basic movement. Today a slight stinging started occur. My only theory is that my ribs or chest got damaged from all the coughing. But i am a little freaked out cause it hurts quite a bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx for your time.
