Upper Lip

I am 34 yrs old and at the end of the summer last year after i had been on holiday i noticed i had a dark patch all the way along my upper lip that looks like a moustache, i was on the contraceptive pill dianette at the time as was also suffering from spots, my doctor told me the pill caused it but it will never disappear, i am quite upset by this as my spots have all gone now but im still left with the 'moustache', i also tan very easily and am now worried that it will get darker the browner i go. Is it true that it will never go? is there any creams or lotions i can use to fade it?
Many thanks

Hi,

It would be best to consult a dermatologist and get a clinical examination done.

There are several demyelinizing creams or agents available - but it would be advisable to consult a skin specialist about which one would be the best suited for your specific symptoms.

Let us know about what the doctor advises and post us if you need any further information.

Regards.
