Multiple symptoms of HIV, what else could it be

I had unprotected sex with a girl who was on her period.  She was not bleeding profusely, I didn't actually see any blood, but she stated "I am on my period, so you don't need to wear a condom because I can't get pregnant."  We began to have sex, but it didn't last long because I pulled away, realizing the risk I had just put myself in for STDs.  It has been a month and I have gone through the entire gammit of HIV symptoms, mild flu-like, fever, headaches, sore muscles and joints, sore throat, and just today I noticed a silver dollar sized rash on my wrist.  It doesn't itch and it is not bleeding or anything, it looks like a heat rash, but it has reaffirmed my fears that I contracted HIV.  What I want to know is, How much more likely is it to contract HIV from a girl who is on her period? And does this rash indicate a prior infection, I had a blood test in January and April turn up negative for antibodies, but could I have been in a window and now this rash is showing a more advanced stage of HIV?  My mind is consumed by fear and I'm not able to concentrate on anything but the life and death situation I feel myself in.  Please understand that any information will be very greatly appreciated.

This discussion is related to acute hiv symptoms (hands/rash).

If your test was done at the 12 week mark then you dont have HIV, that is conclusive.  Also to calm your mind, ARS symptoms come all at once, you are not going to get a fever one week and a rash the next, its all at once, so your issues could be a variety of things not hiv related i would say if you got your negative at the 3 month mark.

Symptoms are pointless in diagnosing HIV. Your symptoms could be anything, all of your symptoms have been around a lot longer than HIV has.

If this encounter happened before january and you had a test in april then you are way out of window and the negative result is conclusive and you dont have HIV.
