Nodules found on the woman's breast have similar behavior and characteristics, and would require the same diagnostic procedures or work-ups whether a person has implants or not. The thing is, with implants, some tests can be obscured or become difficult to interpret, such as mammograms or MRI. There are some characteristics of the nodule that can give us a clue of possible malignancy, like irregular borders, fixed and hard nodule, or with associated skin dimpling. I suggest you push through with the further tests that was suggested by your doctor.
Regards and God bless.
