* Fibrosystic change with ductal hyperplasia and Tubular Adenosis
* Fibroadenoma
Is this the same as atypical ductal hyperplasia? Can you explain to
me what is Ductal Hyperplasia, and is that normal?

Ductal hyperplasia means that the cells lining the ducts have increased proliferation. This is not entirely normal but not frankly abnormal as well. What maybe more considered as abnormal is atypical hyperplasia which means that the duct cells are proliferating in an abnormal way. If the result said "ductal hyperplasia" then we might assume this to be the typical hyperplasia and not the "atypical" or abnormal hyperplasia, but I suggest you confirm this with the pathologist. I also suggest you continue with your breast screening tests such mammograms and ultrasound. Regards.
