hi i just posted the same question about 20 min ago still no answers? i am 6 weeks and dr said my hcg levels dropped and i starte bleeding yesterday .. so far not much pain but alot of bleeding.. i am so confused and dont know what to expect? i have two small children and my husband is in the military and will not be home untill this weekend .. trying to go through this with no family around and my husband mia is really hard. how are you hangin in there? do you think you might be having a mc or you sure you are?

I'm sorry you didn't get answers cassie, so I'll answer the question! I've had one miscarriage. You will have lower back pain and bright red blood with clots. You may also have a fever. You'll know for sure it is a miscarriage if you've had a positive pregnancy test and then experience this type of bleeding.

If you bleed through more than one pad an hour, you need to seek medical attention immediately as you are losing more blood than your body can handle.

I am so sorry that you guys are going through this and if it is any consolation, I have been there and I know how you feel!
