Anisocoria

I started taking Phentermine 37.5mg and I noticed my pupils would dilate, and my right pupil would always be larger than the other.  After a few days they weren't as dilated and after almost 2 weeks my pupils went back to normal with the exception of my right pupil occassionally being larger.  The problem now is that I've stopped Phentermine for almost a month now, and I notice that my right pupil is still occassionally larger than my right.  And when I took some Sudafed today my eyes are dilated and again my right is larger.  I haven't had any unusual headaches and no blurry vision or pain.  This does concern me now, is it possible the Phentermine messed up my right pupil?

No drug should "mess up" the pupils permanently and the effect will eventually wear off. You might consider however having an Eye MD physician examine your eyes.

Thanks.  More often than not my pupils are pretty equal.  They are both reactive.  Its mostly right after I wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, my pupils are naturaly kinda large at that time since I just woke up and my right one is bigger.  But when I go outside they both react to light and are equal.  It's just strange.  Thanks.
